The City of Red Deer is pleased to announce that Servus Credit Union is the name sponsor for the new Downtown Arena, with the facility’s name now the Servus Arena.

Today is an exciting milestone in the arena’s history as we recognize Servus Credit Union as a community partner through the adoption of a new name for the facility – the Servus Arena,” said Mayor Tara Veer. “Servus Credit Union’s commitment to sport, community, and health through sponsorship with The City of Red Deer will assist in improving civic facilities and services across Red Deer and we thank Servus Credit Union for their partnership.

Sponsorship funds provide The City with an alternative source of non-tax revenue to assist in improving civic facilities and services. The sponsorship agreement with Servus Credit Union is worth $1 million over 15 years.
